KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2010
for the 2010-2011 School Year

APRIL 2010 (specific date To Be Determined)
Time = To Be Announced

  • Child must be 5 years of age by September 30th
  • Transportation districts can be confirmed by calling School Transportation at 526-9342.
  • Please bring the following documents with you when you register your child for kindergarten:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Tennessee Certification of Immunization
    • Physical Examination (conducted during the 2010 calendar year)
    • Child’s Social Security Card
    • Two (2) Proofs of Putnam County residency: utility bill, tax statement, voter registration card, notorized letter from rentor.
    • Proof of custody if the child does not live with one or both natural parents

For Your Information…

Tennessee has mandated enrollment caps for all K-4 classes. It is very important to register for the school your child will be attending .
